JOB TITLE : TOWN CLERK/RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER

JOB TYPE : PERMANENT

HOURS PER WEEK : 37 PER WEEK

PLACE OF WORK : HOLYHEAD TOWN HALL

Councillors are looking for an experienced and professional individual to work with the Council to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents.

Consistent achievement over a minimum of five years in a Town or Community Council leadership/management role gained in a complex and diverse context is essential.

A CILCA professional qualification would be advantageous; if not possessed by the candidate on appointment, it will need to be attained within an agreed time-frame.

The candidate should have the ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh. The successful candidate who cannot do so will be required to complete a training course by a mutually agreed date.
